2026-27 YNG Dreamerz Roster Preview

The 2026-27 OTE season is just around the corner and for the next month we will be slowly unveiling the teams and rosters for the upcoming season. The fifth team to be unveiled is the YNG Dreamerz and they are back with a scrappy roster of unheralded players who are ready to overperform yet again. Read below to learn all about the 2026-27 YNG Dreamerz roster 😴

For the first time in three years the YNG Dreamerz will not have an Ellis brother on the team. With that said the Dreamerz do return three players from last year’s semifinalist team including one of the stars of that team. Matt Allen was the Dreamerz third leading scorer in the regular season with 13.2 PPG and he elevated his play in the playoffs raising that number to 17.6 PPG. Allen did all of that playing alongside the league’s two leading scorers in Isaac Ellis and Caleb Jones. Now as the unquestioned leader of the team, Allen is poised for a major breakout season where he himself could become one of the league’s top scorers 🤯

In addition to Allen, the Dreamerz are also returning Amari Cummings and LJ Jones from last year’s roster. Cummings is a class of 2027 guard who averaged 5.8 PPG in a role off the bench for the Dreamerz. Jones was also a guard off the bench for the Dreamerz and he averaged 2.7 PPG and 1.6 APG. Both players are expected to step into larger roles for the team this year 💪

The biggest addition the YNG Dreamerz made is Bryson Campbell who is a 6-0 guard with multiple Power 4 offers to play collegiately following his high school career. Campbell joins the Dreamerz from Texas and at just 16 years old he has already scored over 1,000 points in his high school career 🔥

The Dreamerz, who have always been an undersized team, are bringing in some size this season with the addition of Dream Tryout standout Karson Miles. Miles is a 6-8 forward from Maize, Kansas who earned his spot at the Dream Tryout by winning D’Aydrian’s regional tryout beforehand. Miles is slated to be the starting big man for the Dreamerz this season 🌽

The Dreamerz only return three players from last year’s roster but they also bring in one other OTE vet. Ja’Quan Stennis Jr. played for the Diamond Doves last season where he averaged 9.6 PPG and 5.3 RPG both of which were top four marks on the team. The Dreamerz are also bringing in some international talent this year with Amassia Dayian who played for Armenia at the FIBA U20 EuroBasket where he averaged 11.7 PPG 🕊️

Other standout additions to the Dreamerz include JJ Wise and Quinn Wilson. Wise is set to be a sniper from distance for the team as he shot 44% from three last year which will fit right into the Dreamer three-point shooting philosophy. Wilson will be the tallest player on the team this season, standing at 6-9 and coming to the team from Rochester, New York 🎯

The Dreamerz will bring in some experience to this squad with three other class of 2027 players. Kolt Yarborough is a 6-7 forward from Seattle who spent the summer playing for Slow Grind Elite on the adidas 3SSB circuit where he averaged 18 PPG. Bentley Shelton is a 6-5 guard from Evansville, Indiana who most recently played for DG Elite on the New Balance circuit this summer. The last class of 2027 guy on the roster is Caleb Wells who is a big guard, standing at 6-6, who played for the Indy Heat on the Nike EYBL circuit this summer 🏀

The last two players on the roster are two youngsters who will infuse some talent to the team and will hopefully be building blocks for the Dreamerz for years to come. Se’maj Stone is a class of 2028, 6-4 guard from Philadelphia who made a name for himself on the New Balance circuit this summer. Lastly, the Dreamerz brought in class of 2029 guard Blake Bazile who joined the team from Loganville, GA 💎
