The Cold Hearts didn’t just pull off an all-time upset on Tuesday night but they also did so in historic fashion, dominating the Diamond Doves 110-71 to advance them to the quarterfinals. The Cold Hearts pulled off the largest margin of victory ever in a first round matchup with their 39 point rout of the Doves. Adam Oumiddoch proved once again that the Cold Hearts go as he goes, as he led the team with 27 points and eight rebounds 🤯

Marcus Gillespie was unconscious in the first quarter, as he knocked down four triples and was instrumental in building up the Cold Hearts early, insurmountable lead. Samis Calderon was a menace on defense, tallying three steals and two blocks in a herculean defensive performance 👌

For the Diamond Doves, Javon Bardwell led the team in scoring with 16 points while also totaling eight boards. Isaiah Henry posted a solid line in his last game of the season with 14 points and nine boards, proving that he could get to the rim at will 🕊️

A back-and-forth game for most of the night, Fear of God Athletics pulled away in the fourth quarter to take care of business 88-70 against Jelly Fam and advance to the quarterfinals. Shon Abaev was an absolute tank all night long, rounding out the night with a gaudy stat line of 29 points, six assists and three steals 💪

Collin Paul put together a legacy game, especially in the first half, finishing the evening with 22 points and 11 boards which included 17 first half points. Cayden Daughtry on the other hand turned it on in the second half scoring 17 of his 18 points in the final two frames 🐐

For Jelly Fam, Jermel Thomas did what he could to keep the team afloat, as he posted a line of 14 points and four assists which included two triples. DPOY finalist Thomas Bassong scored 17 points and did his best to make Abaev’s night difficult as he registered one steal on the evening 🍇

With the Cold Hearts win they advance to the quarterfinals where they will take on the #4 Blue Checks starting on Friday at 7 PM on Prime Video. Fear of God Athletics advanced to take on #3 RWE in the quarterfinals with the series beginning on Friday at 9 PM on YouTube 🎞️
